Lupine is the next version of my All Terrain Bike, much more single track focused! After riding the ATB for 16 months and testing geometry through angled headsets and varying fork axle to crown lengths, I have refined the front end geometry for Lupine! This is the bike I plan to ride on the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route in 2026!

The frame is steel: 4130 chromoly, and the chainstay yoke and rear axle dropouts are all custom designed and metal 3D printed from 316L stainless steel. I polished every single piece of tubing before welding, and once I finished, I immediately ran to the powder coat booth to paint the bike before surface rust set in! I used a clear powder coat with blue, purple, and pink metallic flakes to capture the craftsmanship of my welds and highlight the raw beauty of the heat affected zones surrounding them. In addition, I designed, machined and engraved the aluminum seat post clamp, the brass handlebar stem top cap, and the bronze lupine flower head tube badge!
